Starting from - The Old Bathing Hut Café, St Leonards. Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments at the end or part way through the ride. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure – thanks, TN38 0AL

We leave St Leonards, going through Bexhill, out to Cooden then via Sluice Lane to the Pevensey roundabout. We then go towards Westham but turn off on Peelings Lane, then a right turn onto Hankham Hall Lane. We then turn onto Hankham Street, then follow Rickney Road into Rickney, then Rickney Lane, past Chilley Farm and back to the Pevensey roundabout where we go bacl along Sluice Lane and back to St Leonards.
