Starting from - Pett Level as close to the Lifeboat Station as possible (roadside parking). Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments at the end Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure – thanks, TN35 4EL

We start in Pett Level then go through the nature reserve to Rye Harbour and into Rye. We leave Rye via Udimore Road then turn down Dumb Woman's Lane. Just after the bottom of the hill we turn left along to Winchelsea Station and into Winchelsea village. we will stop at The Winchelsea Beach café for refreshments and then have a short ride back to Pett Level before the drive home.
Community rides are for more experienced riders in mixed groups and can be faster and longer. If you are not confident of riding in a group or in areas with more traffic then please try a Breeze or Guided Ride first where no one is ever left behind. Rides will generally be on minor roads and country lanes and will include some hills. Rides are designed to be more like a ride with your pals.
