this is a nice route out from Preston , starting at a new point due to them pesky park runners !!We head out through Kirkham weaving our way through lots of back lanes before hitting the main road just before the prom where we will then leave the road and onto paths. After lunch its a similar route back , lots to see and the cafe stop has always been excellent !

A route created by an original member of the group who is no longer with us . Starting at Ferry Road ,Ashton On Ribble PR22YH then heading over to lytham for lunch.

A roads B roads , Cycle paths

we will stop for a pic at Lytham windmill , and then The Lowther Pavillion in Lytham

innertubes , a pump , basic tools , money , and a helmet . Always check the forecast and wear the correct clothing for the conditions

Please make sure you can do a 30 mile ride at an avg pace of 9/11mph , also only book on if you are going to ride.
