A steady ride from Mount's Bay Academy to Sancreed and then on to Sheffield and Paul. Some glorious views across Mount's Bay to St. Michael's Mount. A lovely descent into Mousehole for welcome cafe stop. We will return along the seafront at Newlyn to Heamoor.

A steady ride from Heamoor to Mousehole, via Sancreed and Paul.

Mainly on quiet back lanes.

Time for coffee and cake in Mousehole.

Helmet, spare inner tube and pump. Don't forget a face covering and card/cash for the cafe.
