Pennington Parade

The ride is approximately 16 miles and is suitable for hybrids and mountain bikes although if there has been a lot of rain recently there would be some muddy puddles to add to the fun!! It might be advisable to wear waterproofs. The route will include canal towpaths, cycle trails and short sections of road (none of which are very busy) We always go to the pace of the slowest and are not too proud to push up any inclines if necessary. There will be plenty of rest stops and time to chat!! It's advisable to bring along a drink and a spare inner tube just in case (if you don’t have one don’t let this stop you from taking part). Also please wear a helmet and make sure you have suitable clothing.
