The route will be my regular way from Penarth through Dinas Powys and wenvoe then we will ride along the Barry top road to Porthkerry and down to the Knap. The route back will be via Barry waterfront, docks, sully then back along the railway path into Penarth.

A nice steady undulating cycle from Penarth to the Knap.

The route is on quiet roads, paths and lanes.

We will stop at the cafe at Cold Knap.

Please bring a helmet and some money for refreshments at the voffee stop.

We never leave anyone behind
