About the route
Starting point
Car Park off Marconi Ave, just behind the Oystercatcher pub near Tescos. About 10 mins from Cogan station.
Mostly flat route, crossing the Pont yr Werin near Penarth and then mainly following the Ely Trail to St Fagans where we'll stop for a refreshment break. A mixture of off road paths and quiet roads but there are some busy roads we'll need to cross.
