About the route
Leaving Pembroke onto the Lower Lamphey Road, Freshwater East to Jason Road and then to Manorbier joining the main road to Tenby leisure centre for coffee. Return journey will follow the main road to Lamphey and then onto the Lower Lamphey Road to Pembroke.
