A ride starting at sainsburys carpark going through coypool out up the Plym Valley Cycle Path Up Over the moor onto the drakes trail Cycle Path Following to Yelverton And crossing over the A386 and rejoing the drake trail to Tavistock where we stop for a cafe break and then ride back down drakes trail and back onto the Plym Valley Cycle Path and back to Sainsburys carpark using local roads and mainly cycle paths Medium ride a couple of climbs but mainly flat
