Pedal Power – National Trust Saltram and Plym Valley

This will be a long loop around the Saltram Estate, and beyond, taking in some less frequented paths/tracks. A route map has deliberately not been provided, as the exact route needs to remain flexible to both the group dynamics, and the weather conditions. NB - Although the ride overview indicates that this is suitable for all bike types, road bike riders please be aware of the following. The route contains both tarmac/concrete and compacted dirt roads/tracks. The dirt tracks can be ridden with road bikes. However, it may be a bit of a bumpy ride at times, and, particularly following heavy rain, it can be muddy/slippery. It is expected that, having been provided with this information, road bike riders will use their own judgement.
