Note you must register on eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/peckham-to-kings-cross-cycle-ride-tickets-184343224547. This is to allow us to limit numbers as we post information to several locations. If you do register here you may get a confirmation. I am afraid this does not over-ride the Eventbrite registration. If Eventbrite says the ride is full, then that is correct. You can join the Wait List on Eventbrite and may get liucky. Remember we ride every week and if you want early notificaton then join our Google Group, https://groups.google.com/g/healthy-riders.

10am start for 3 hour ride. Start/finish in Peckham Square. We love the new developments at Kings Cross. Ride will stop in Granary Square with time for a coffee break and a bit of a look round. Outward route down Canal Path to Cycleway 10 (Q1). Ride this to Blackfriars Rd, then switch to Cycleway 6. This goes over Blackfriars Bridge and up Farringdon Rd before branching off through quiet back streets and over safe crossings to Kings Cross. Return leg will take a more easterly route, probably via Spitalfields and London Bridge. Not quite settled yet as Amanda, who is leading, is still finding the optimal return route. Flat route with lots to see, come and join us.

This ride is organised by Southwark Cyclists and is part of a regular programme of Saturday rides, more information at https://southwarkcyclists.org.uk/healthy-rides/. Southwark Cyclists are part of the London Cycling Campaign. This ride is organised by volunteers. If you have any feedback, good or bad, please get in touch with [email protected]. Easy, flat ride that uses several newish signed routes. Good ride for less experienced cyclists looking to gain confidence and learn routes.

Mostly quiet streets, paths and cycle lanes. Some busy junctions.

Several short stops at places of interest. Coffee stop at Granary Square.

Jusy yourself and your bike

First-timers welcome!
