This is a women and children only Breeze ride. If there are any men out there who would also like to do this, just contact me and I am sure we can sort something out! This is an extremely picturesque ride along country lanes and farm tracks. It is suitable for any type of bike including hybrids. There are stunning views over the River Weaver, interesting railway bridges and a viaduct harking back to our industrial heritage. In Spring, daffodils, rabbits, geese, lambs and blossom trees abound! We meander along the scenic byways until we nearly get to Kingsley, and then we increase the pace downhill all the way to Acton Bridge. Tea and cake will be served at the trendy Hangman's Gate Pub who are renowned as a gastropub friendly to cyclists. See you there, Claire :-) PS. You can also book this ride on the Breeze website.
