This is a ride out to Banchory to see the Queen pass by and pay our last respects to her.

This is a lovely route for those who have passed the beginners stage and just want to go that wee bit further. It is also one of my popular ones so book your place early.

Sticking mainly to quiet back roads we will go from Westhill past the loch of Skene towards Garlogie where we do have to go on the main road but for less than ΒΌ of a mile. From here we turn towards the Cullerlie standing stones.
After this we continue on these quiet back roads towards Floras then past Battlegrounds paintball to Banchory. We may have to wait at the side of the road for a while but I have tried to time it so we will not miss the coffin.
There are a choice of a few coffee stops.

There are a few small climbs but those are unavoidable round here, nothing major and feel free to walk up them if you want.

No one will be left behind.
