Wombourne Railway Station Car Park, Bratch Lane, WV5 8DW

Join me for a leg pumping cycle up and down some Staffordshire lanes. This is a 20 mile circular jaunt through undulating Staffordshire lanes starting and finishing at the car park at Wombourne Railway (Signposted South Staffordshire Railway Walk Café - nearest post code WV5 8DW) The ride starts at 10.00am so please arrive by 09.45am for a ride briefing. We will cycle to Pattingham, arriving around 11.00 to visit the scarecrows dotted around the village. Dinner will be at the picturesque Patshull Hotel and Golf Club around 12.30pm This ride is mainly on quiet country lanes. It suits road, hybrids and lighter mountain bikes. It is advisable that you wear a cycle helmet. I will update participants with weather but come prepared for all conditions. Please bring a spare inner tube and equipment to repair a puncture (just in case).  Estimated cycling time 2 1/2 hours. Estimated ride finish 2.30 - 3.00pm. Nervous on roads?
This would be an ideal opportunity to gain some confidence by cycling with a group. I look forward to seeing you. Leah  Don’t forget…. Breeze are on a mission to spread the word about their rides, and need your help. If you introduce one friend who goes on to take part in a Breeze ride, you’ll receive a Breeze water bottle, introduce a second friend, you’ll be the proud owner of one of their swish Breeze Buffs, and introduce a third friend and Breeze will send you £15 of Love2Shop vouchers.
