Parkrun sandwich ride: Moat Cafe to Canons Park parkrun and back

Starting from - Meet outside Moat cafe (see pic below) in Headstone Manor Park. Arrive ten minutes early as we need to leave at 8am sharp, HA2 6PX, HA2 6PX

We'll use quietish roads, aiming to arrive in time to lock our bikes before taking part in the Canon's Park parkrun (bring your barcode)
The Canons Park parkrun volunteers usually have free tea/coffee and snacks awaiting parkrun finishers
Check your bike before the ride, paying particular attention to the tyres and brakes. Don't leave it until the morning as there might not be enough time to rectify any issues. Bring a spare innertube and tools to fix a puncture. A helmet would be good. A lock is essential!
