Park to RHS Garden

This route although fairly long is on good surfaces and as it follows an old railway line and a canal is pretty flat.

This ride will take us from Cringle Park Levenshulme along the Fallowfield Loop, to the Bridgewater Canal all the way to the RHS Bridgewater. It is mainly traffic free with only four short sections of roads

The Fallowfield Loop is a tarmac surface whereas the Canal is a mixture of tarmac, gravel and cobbles

We will stop for refreshments at the RHS Bridgewater Cafe and will allow time for a look around the Gift Shop remember if you buy anything you have come on your bike. There will be short stops along the ride if people require them

Please wear a Helmet - I always do. You will also need a spare Inner Tube and a Lock. Money for the Cafe is always a good idea.
