About the route
Meet at car park at Canal Station bar. Then take NCN7 to Lochwinnoch. Stop at Castle Semple if desired. Then go up Johnshill and follow the B786 to Kilmacolm. We then rejoin the cycle path and head back to Paisley. Cafe stop at Bernie's in Bridge Of Weir if desired.
Pace will be reasonably high (not race pace, but in the region of 15/16mph average).
