After a quick bike check and warm up we’ll set off from Peace Pagoda car park.  Our peddle will take us around the scenic Willen lake and over to Campbell park. Children over 10 years old are welcome on their own bikes. All bikes are ok as long as you're happy to ride them on the Redways which can be a mixture of gravel, cobbles & smooth or bumpy paving. It'll be a nice sociable pace for everyone to enjoy. We’ll finish back where we started and there’ll be chance for an optional stop at the Camphill cafe for well earned tea & cake - essential for every bike ride! This ride is ideal for anyone new to cycling, beginners or women lacking in confidence riding in a group. Newcomers are always very welcome. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  Please note all children under the age of 16 MUST wear a helmet. Please bring some money if you want to buy refreshments. Don’t live in Milton Keynes but want to join in?
