We will be adding the miles each week starting at 5 miles and building up to 20 miles on week 6. The rides will be mostly flat around our country lanes and the route ill be posted on here each week

These rides are for for thosE who haven't been out on their bike for a while and we will gradually add the miles each week starting at 5 miles up to 20 on Week 6 week . Try and sign up for the whole series

Helmets essential -no helmet no ride! High vis jacket , cycle gloves , spare inner tube and water bottle/ Please ensure your bike is in good working order and the tyres are fully inflated
