We'll leave Kingsley, going up towards Manley, over the hill and down to Ashton Hayes. Through to Great Barrow & Mickle Trafford where there is an opportunity to stop at the café before venturing back through the lanes and over the hills to Kingsley.
A challenging but enjoyable ride with lovely varied views.
