One way to Regents Park

This ride is one way to Regents Park, Outer circle, cafe stop at Broad walk, then return via Euston Overground station back to Hatch End. The ride finishes in London.
We will be visiting Notting Hill https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tabernacle,_Notting_Hill and Kensington Gardens en route.
We will be exploring by foot the beautiful fountains of Regents Park, Rose Gardens, etc.
The total time given will be approximate depending on road conditions and riders.
Long distances to cover so you need to be fairly fit.
Bring strong lock, card, cash for tube and cafe.
I can meet people at Hindes Road entrance of Harrow recreation at 7.15 am. If you are coming at Harrow on the hill let me know.
We normally get cancellations last minutes so please put your name on waiting list.
Ensure that your bike is roadworthy and in good condition. Check the tyre pressures, your seat height and brakes. You need to maintain your bike regularly.
