A climbers short (21.5 mile) tour of the Vale of Belvoir with 865 feet of ascent. One classic climb: Pasture Lane. One Classic Descent: Waltham Road. Cotgrave, Cropwell Bishop, Colston Bassett, Harby, Hose, Pasture Lane (Ascent), Clawson Lane, Waltham Road (Descent), Long Clawson, Hickling, Kinoulton, Lime Kiln, Cotgrave. .

Ideal suited for an intermediate level/progressing rider wanting to improve their climbing ability. Pace expected to be around 14 to 15mph average. New faces and families welcome. Be aware that this is a challenging route, but we don't drop anyone.

Please bring a helmet, spare inner tubes, pump, puncture repair kit. Front and rear lights. Water bottle and some energy food snack. Suitable clothing for the weather. Don't forget to bring a face mask or face covering to wear if required. If don't feel well or have Covid-19 symptoms please don't come. Enjoy the ride.
