Olympics Festival Breeze Coached Session At Marsh Tracks

**** This is a UK Breeze skills coaching session, brought to you by a Breeze Champion and Level 1 qualified British Cycling Coach **** This coached session will be held on Rhyl's Marsh Tracks, aimed at ladies who wish to build on their road cycling skills and gain confidence riding with others. This session is ideal for beginners and Breeze riders who want to challenge their selves and have fun. Those who are new to Breeze are very welcome, this is a great introduction to those who are interested in riding on a closed circuit and to practice skills that will help you on road rides.

This track is a closed circuit, free from traffic and pedestrians and made up of smooth asphalt amongst a beautiful nature reserve.

We will be having quick stops throughout the session, but you may rest when ever you need to in designated areas around the track. We also have toilet facilities near by.

Riders are advised to bring plenty of water and some snacks to help refuel, as there is no shop on site. It is always handy to bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and please ensure you bring a fully working bike, helmet and suitable clothing for riding and the weather.
