**** This is Breeze coaching session, brought to you by a qualified British Cycling Coaches ****

Come an join us for this fun Cycle-Cross Taster session.

Whether you've never tried CX before and fancied giving it a go, or want to hone your skills, come and join us for this session.

This will be a coached session and no prior experience is needed. Only do as much as you feel comfortable with.

Bring a bike that is suitable for riding on grass eg. a gravel or MTB or hybrid with off road tyres. If you'd like to borrow a bike for the session please let us know in advance.

If you have any medical conditions, you think I need to know about, you can tell me on the day or drop me a message beforehand.

WHAT TO BRING:
- A drink
- Clothes suitable for the weather
- A helmet is compulsory for this session
- Make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up before arriving
