Old Town Railway Track and Wichelstowe Loop

A largely traffic-free ride starting from outside the front of Waitrose, where Swindon Travel Choices are holding a Winter Safety Roadshow event. The ride is a loop around south Swindon, incorporating the beautiful and popular Old Town Railway path and looping back around Pipers Way through Wichelstowe. The route follows traffic-free cycle paths and the occasional quiet road and is suitable for families and children (as long as they are competent with the distance). It is a social ride so we will be going at the speed of the slowest rider and we never leave anyone behind. Come and give it a go, we guarantee you won't regret it :)

For this ride we will not be riding thought the Croft Mountain Bike trail area but we will point it out as we pass for anyone who is not aware.
