Old Moor-Wentworth castle- Trans Pennine Trail

This is fairly flat/offf road along TPT past Wigfield Farm, with a final steep uphill to Wentworth Castle. Remember-there's no hill THAT WE CAN'T WALK UP! Here there are stunning views, fabulous refreshments and toilets. Return along same route, but downhill to enjoy the lovely Old Moor Visitor Centre facilities and abundance of wildlife. This is perfect for those ready for a more challenging ride. We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  The weather is likely to be chilly, so please wear warm clothes.  Look forward to seeing you there.
