Old Derby Canal

This is a great opportunity to get out and explore one of Derby's cycle paths with some likeminded ladies.  The old canal path is all off road on good surfaces and is mainly flat so is great for beginners or those wanting a gentle re-introduction to cycling. The ride will start and end at the Tea Rooms in Alvaston park where tea, cake, scones and lunch can be purchased. There are also toilets and parking and there is a bike shop right outside the park.
