This is a social off road ride, we will ride at an easy pace taking time to make sure we can all catch our breath as there will be hills (and views)! We will either head out on the rights of way network and link up with quiet country lanes or play in the park.

Helmets are compulsory, we recommend wearing gloves and sports glasses. Please double check your bike is trail ready before attending and bring a repair kit.

Please bring water, a snack and clothing for the weather predicted that day.
