We will leave Barton Marina, head through the village and join bridleways across the Dunstall Estate, we will head towards Tatenhill and then towards Branston Water park before joining the canal to Alrewas where we will stop for a coffee at a popular cyclist cafe. We will then join the canal to Wychnor before joining a quiet lane and then bridleways back to Barton.

This is an off road route taking in quiet lanes, bridleways and canals. Suitable for mountain bikes and gravel bikes. This ride is lead by a British Cycllng Fundamentals MTB ride leader who is qualified to lead mixed road and off-road environments..

This is a mainly traffic feel route. There are some sections of country lane, many using the N54 cycleway. Most of the route is on bridle ways and canal towpaths.

We will stop for coffee at The Bank at Alrewas.

Riders must have a bike in good working orders, a helmet and British Cycling asks that riders are self sufficient have a spare inner tube and pump.
