Steady climb up to Shirenwton through back lanes and on down to Ousk Museum cafe for a well earned cuppa.

Beautiful ride out to see Tommy Cooper and the beautiful Caerphilly Castle. Cycling via back lanes through picturesque Draethen and Rudrey.

Back roads and lanes wherever and whenever possible.

We will stop in Caerphilly for refreshments. The Bandstand just happens to be right by Greg's.

Helmets are a must for NSC ...No Helmet no ride.

Everyone is welcome, all cyclists New or old. Please dont worry about being too slow, as a social group we look after each other and as has always been our motto Nobody gets left.
