Slightly shorter ride this week as a number of us will be involved riding or marshalling the Dalmatian Ride the day before.

As always we will be taking the quieter back roads and cycle routes wherever and whenever possible.

Café at stop at Wendy's @ Usk Museum.

A good pump, a spare inner tube, basic tools and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. Plus a helmet for your safety.
