NSC ride to Caerphilly via Draethen

Some hills, some flat. Mainly back roads and cycle paths and as always coffee and cake so bring some pennies .

Riding through the beautiful autumn countryside via Draethen on to Cearphilly.

Cycling minor roads wherever possible.

Stopping in the bandstsnd Caerphilly by our favourite Greggs.

Suggest bringing a spare tube and good pump at least. Some cash for a coffee stop and HELMETS ARE A MUST for all rides. No Helmet. No ride.
