I am hoping to be following the Belles of Belvoir ride from last year ( Subject to weather) A few tough hills but a good ride. Good training for anyone in need of some hill training. We will be riding around 10-12mph, but will ride to the slowest rider. A good final training ride for anyone doing the flab sportive on the 11th may or in preparation for the Belles of Belvoir or the great notts bike ride.

This is a good challenging ride for those who want to get in some training for the Belles of Belvoir and the Up North Sportive

The roads are mostly side and country roads bur there will some busier sections

Our half way stop will be the Dove cottage tea rooms but could be made into a 2 stop ride as we also pass the Old Wharf tearooms

As per all FLAB rides you must be wearing your helmet. Bring a cafe lock and some money for drinks and snacks. Remember to bring your water.
