Norton Priory Museum Car Park, Tudor Road, Manor Park, Runcorn (For sat nav use postcode WA7 1BD)

This is a relaxing ride starting and finishing at Norton Priory Museum.  We'll keep off the roads and be traffic free on cycle paths, along canal paths, through woodlands and into the park.  There's a lot of wildlife to spot along the way so we'll keep a look out. After the ride if you want refreshments or lunch - Norton Priory has a cafe up at the Museum, and down in the Walled Garden courtyard there's the little tea room for drinks and snacks.  If you want to make a day of it, Norton Priory's 'The Great Outdoors' event is on the same day with wildlife experts on-hand (Admission charges apply). Helmets must be worn by anyone under 18 years.  Younger children must be on a child seat fixed to the adult's bike, on a trailer or tag-along bike, your child must be a confident rider if they are on their own bike as some of the ride is alongside a canal. Dress appropriately for the weather: in cool weather it's good to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a rain jacket is a good idea too. Please bring along equipment to fix a puncture - ride leaders will try and help you out, but are not responsible for your bike. Breeze really welcomes new riders, bring a friend or come on your own - don't worry if you don't know anyone, we're a friendly bunch. Look forward to meeting you.
