Non Stop 25 mile ride taking in a 1400ft of hills Pinner Hill, Church Hill ,Ducks Hill with Coffee back in Northwood
We aim to keep at a steady pace with an average 12 + speed throughout the route. You need to be confident in traffic and able to keep up with the pace and for that reason this isn’t suitable for beginners.
This is road bike ride. Please wear bright clothes, dress for the weather suggest layering. Please Wear a helmet. have rear lights ( consider front too )
Arrive early to ensure to carry out your bike check before we set off. Bring inner tube and tool Bring some water and a snack as this is a non stop ride
There will be coffee stop at the end of the ride
