This route follows the most delightful lanes in South West Hertfordshire. A circular route at around 27miles, it is perfect for those wanting to cover a bit of a distance at a nice pace. The route crosses 5 village greens at Ley Hill, Bovingdon, Chipperfield, Sarratt and Croxley Green along the way. There is an ideal opportunity to stop for refreshments at Chipperfield village hall. The hall was built in memory of two men of the Blackwell (of Crosse and Blackwell fame) Family who died in WW1.
