North Street Deli - Wetherby

Join us for a ride to the market town of Wetherby, majority road with a section of cycle path and a very short section of compact bridleway (avoiding a very busy roundabout)

The cafe has an extensive menu

Weather looks good, sun screen a must, apart from Jewitt lane the majority of the road is well shaded

There are 5 short climbs but nothing to challenging, it will be at an easy going pace

Leaving Adel we head for Eccup Reservoir, around the rear of Leeds Grammar School, Alwoodley, Scarcroft, Collingham, Linton and Wetherby

Leaving the cafe we head up North street turning right at petrol station onto York road where we pick up the cycle path to Thorp Arch Trading Estate, the last section is a little lumpy with tree roots, we don't go into the estate, we carry on the path crossing Newton Kyme Viaduct, turning right onto A659 for a short section then left onto Bar lane, back to Clifford, Bramham, Wothersome, Thorner, Shadwell, Alwoodley and Eccup
