Park for free in the Car Park for Elba Playing Fields, near the Tesco Express garage in Gowerton.
Come and join us for a mainly flat ride around the North edge of the Gower Marsh, following NCN 4. We will take the old marsh road for approximately 1.5 miles before turning onto the cycle path, and then ride up through Bynea village to avoid the rough gravel section before rejoining the coast path near Penclacwydd. A very flat ride then, along to the discovery centre at North Dock, Llanelli, for a coffee. Return by the same route. Bring a lock for the coffee stop, if you have one.
Suitable for any rider, this is a very leisurely ride, with only one short hill, which can be walked if necessary.
