Starting point
Meet in the Car Park, (free parking), for Elba Playing Fields, near the Tesco Express garage, in Gowerton.
Along NCN4 following the North of the Loughor Estuary. A gentle, social paced ride, through Bynea village and then onto the Millenium Coast Path, (avoiding the rough section), along the coast past North Dock, and on to the Pavillion at Pwll for refreshment, before returning via the same route. A mostly flat route, with a couple of short climbs, which you can take at your own pace.
Please bring a spare inner tube, and a lock for the coffee stop, if you have one.
