About the route
Starting point
WF14 8AN Mirfield library car park Toilets should be open, free car park and shops nearby. Mostly tarmac
route taken from North Kirklees riding route with some variations, reversed to reduce steepness of climbs
Ride starts in Mirfield, heads towards Heckmondwike on Greenway, then ( a change to the route) , heads over to the ringway, under the A62, then back up it to Leeds old Road, to White Lee, towards Gomersal then to the edge of Birstall passing Oakwell Hall to Drub, then up to Scholes to return to Mirfield via Hartshead and Slipper Lane.
