A steady circular ride starting at the No Limits Cycle Hub then looping through East Park and the local area. We spend a lot of the rout in Bilston discovering hidden gems of nice scenery in Bilston.

The No Limits To Health cycle routes are planned for beginner cyclists and also for those with more cycling experience.

The routes will include mostly quiet suburban roads and dedicated cycle lanes as well at shared paths with pedestrians.

We will stop half way for a hot/cold drink break.

We always recommend the wearing of helmets
