We will meet at 09.50 hours in the car park for Tuetoes Woods, which is near Sunflower Park in Laughton Woods. From there we head south to Laughton and then ultimately to Gainsbourgh for our pit stop. After refreshments we head "home" via the Trent Bank. Ideally with an average speed around 10mph but as the saying goes, "no one gets left behind."

All tarmac roads and dedicated cycle path.

We will stop at Reeds for a bite to eat.

Please bring helmets, cash/card and tools to fix a punture.
