We’ll start at Eastwood Community Sports Centre for a quick bike check.  Our route will take us along quiet roads, bridle paths and cycle tracks through the beautiful grounds of the Abbey and passing the Upper Lake.  For more information on route please details below. This ride is best suited for women who are intermediate cyclists/improving their fitness and is great for those looking to build confidence on the roads.
