A regular route for Newquay based ride leaders. A great circular route taking in some steady hills and some lovely downhills as well. Great cafe stop planned at Da Bara Bakery in Indian Queens, next to Amped cycle shop if you need anything!

A popular ride around the quiet lanes surrounding Newquay taking in some extended views looking out to the coast and sweeping valleys.

Mainly quiet country lanes with a small section of main road crossing and access points.

Plenty of stops for re-grouping, take a drink and maybe a photo opportunity!

Helmet is a must, spare tube to fit your bike plus a water bottle and appropriate clothing.

We especially welcome newbies!
