A ride out to the Newport Transporter Bridge to watch people abseiling for St David's Hospice. More info on the event here https://stdavidshospicecare.org/event-details/transporter-bridge-abseil/
We will take a gentle route out through Rumney and St Mellons, passing through Hendre Lake Park and joining up with the cycle route through Marshfield into Dyffryn and out to the Transporter Bridge.
On the way back we'll take the coast road to enjoy more of the scenery.
There is a great cafe opposite the Transporter Bridge so we can stop there for refreshments.
