The route takes the lanes from Bassaleg to Caerphilly, where there will be a stop for refreshments.

Returning using the cycle paths to Machen before rejoining the lanes back to Bassaleg and Newport.

This weeks regular Sunday Group Ride goes to Caerphilly.

As always we will be taking the quieter back roads and cycle routes wherever and whenever possible.

There will be a stop in Caerphilly for refreshments.

A good pump, a spare inner tube, basic tools and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. Plus a helmet for your safety.
