About the route
Starting at Wales Velodrome we ride up the River Usk, then onto the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal, past Malpas,Cwmbran,Sebastopol, back down the old railway line to Cwmbran, then Newport.
This ride is traffic free and beautiful scenery along the canals
