We leave the Velodrome at 10am and make our way to Duffryn. From there we pick up the cycle route and head out to Hendre lake.
On then to St Mellons for our coffee stop before circling back home on quieter back roads.

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. ●●● Helmets are mandatory...NO HELMET = NO RIDE.
