With the rain off the charts this week our last minute ride will be up the canal to Cwmcarn so we at least have a little cover, just in case it gets a tad damp again

We plan to stop for a coffee (cake!) in the Raven cafe at Cwmcarn drive.

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. ●●● Helmets are mandatory...NO HELMET = NO RIDE.
