Join us for an evening Breeze ride starting from the Berghaus Adventure Hub in Keswick.  We will cycle along quiet country roads to Little Town before returning through Portinscale to Keswick. This ride will be suitable for beginners or ladies returning to cycling.  It will also be a great ride for more experienced cyclists.  This ride will be suitable for all abilities; the route is all on good tarmac roads and will be suitable for all bike types.  We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. The aim of the ride is to have a fun sociable ride in the company of other women, build up confidence in our riding in a supportive group environment, as well ask questions about bikes and riding, and make links with others. All welcome and we will not leave anyone behind  Remember to wear clothes that are comfortable to cycle in.  It is a good idea to bring a waterproof jacket and a bottle of water.  We always recommend that you wear a cycle helmet.
